Copyright Licence Agreement Template Uk

There is no official copyright registration system in the UK. Assuming the work qualifies for copyright protection, it is an original work and it is fixed, and the work is automatically protected by copyright. In the United Kingdom, copyright is defined in the 1988 Act (CDPA1988). Copyright is infringed when any of the aforementioned acts are performed without permission, either directly or indirectly, and all or a substantial part of a work is used. In case of copyright infringement, the owner of the work has the right to claim damages. This copyright license agreement allows the parties to decide whether the copyright license is exclusive or not.
